An electronic confirmation of installation with a photo will be sent to you from Elite Signs
Elite Signs Installation will not remove another Broker’s sign. We will contact you for further instructions.
We request that a flag or an easy removable marking be placed on the exact spot where the sign will be installed. If there is no specific spot then Elite Signs will install in the best spot possible on the property.
Yes, however, it is the agent’s responsibility to check with HOA’s in regards to sign restrictions and placement in gated communities.
Unfortunately we can not be responsible for your sign once it has been installed and we have sent confirmation. However, a trip charge of $25 will ensure an additional installation.
Elite Signs Installation will gladly store Broker/Agent Signs at our facility for a minimal monthly storage fee. Choosing us to store your signs can expedite your installation and provide more immediate exposure to the public. In our facility, all brokers/agents have a labeled section. This ensures that your sign will be installed at your listing, and won’t be misplaced.
All Broker/Agent Signs are, and will always be, your property. If at any time you need one or more of your signs returned, just call us and we will make arrangements to deliver your signs promptly.
All signs in the possession of Elite Signs Installation are the
responsibility of Elite Signs Installation. If any signs owned by the broker/agent are damaged in our facility, we will replace them at our expense. However, once a Broker/Agent Sign has been installed at a listing site it is no longer Elite Signs Installations responsibility.
